KEHATI managed endowment fund to support biodviersity conservation and sustainable utilisation. As grant making foundation, KEHATI also mobilise resources from mutli donor agency, philantrophy organisations, corporate, etc. Currently KEHATI also managed fund from DFID for Multi-stakeholder Forest Prgram and debt nature swap with government of USA and Republic of Indonesia, and Conservation International to manage fund under Tropical Rainforest Conservation Act (TFCA) for rainforest conservation program in Sumatera.

Purpose of Organization:

Yayasan Keanekaragaman Hayati Indonesia (KEHATI) was an independent, not for porfit, self-sustained, grant-making foundation in the area of biodiversity. It aims to promote conservation efforts as well as the sustainable use of Indonesia's biological resources by funding and facilitating biodiversity conservation activities by NGOs, local communties, scientists, professionals and other members of civil society in Indonesia.
