GEF Civil Society Consultation Meeting, Amman, Jordan, 13 & 14 Feb 2012 The GEF NGO Network with the support from the GEF Secretariat is organising a Regional Civil Society Consultation meeting which will be held back to back with the ECW Jordan. The participating CSOs will be from Afganistan, Algeria, Eygpt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Pakistan, Syria, Turkey, Tunisia and Yemen. The one and half day meeting will held on 13 & 14 Feb 2012 in Amman city. Click here for more details.   Upcoming GEF's Expanded Constituency Workshops (ECW)   GEF will be organising more ECWs in 2012 which will further strengthen participants knowledge of GEF-5 strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.  The ECW will be opportunity to discuss priority issues and share lessons and experiences from the development and implementation of GEF projects and their integration within national policy frameworks. One CSO representative from each country will be eligible for co-funding.
