An NGO Guide to Participation in the GEF

This Guide is intended to help NGOs understand how the GEF operates, how to access to its funds, and how to influence its policies. It was developed by NGOs for NGOs.  It is a work-in-progress as the GEF evolves and adopts new policies. Download  "A Guide to the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for the NGO".  NOTE: As a result of significant recent changes in GEF, the A-Z guide is currently under revision.  Therfore the guide should not be taken as definitive on current GEF procedures and mechanisms.
